Return & Exchange

Return Policy:

• Orders can only be returned if they do not correspond to the placed purchase.

• If items do not correspond to the placed purchase, You must email us at info@echappe.net with your purchase number (within 48 hours from receiving an order) , and provide a reason for returning the item. We will issue a full refund, excluding original delivery fees, upon receipt within 14 days.

•  Therefore you may return the item/s in their original condition, and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. 
  
  
• Orders can not be canceled, nor changed after the passing of 24 hours “One day” from the order placement date.

• Item/s purchased during a promotion are not eligible for return nor exchange.

• Item/s engraved with personal information such as “Name tile, Date tile, Handwritten tile, Engrave your own, alphabets, zodiac tiles, Front and Back..etc” are not eligible for return nor exchange.

Exchange Policy:

• We understand that customers may like to exchange a product for a different size or design, therefore you may exchange the item/s in their original condition within 2 days of receipt. “Exchange delivery fees (170 EGP) are applied” 

• Upon receiving the order, Customers are given 2 days to exchange the order if the product is wrong, or if a technical problem is faced. “Exchange delivery fees (170 EGP) are applied” 

Restoring any purchased product to it’s brand new condition costs a total of 315 EGP that are paid in full when you receive your order back. 

This service takes up to 15 working days.
