-The leather strap will undergo a thorough inspection and will be rejuvenated to the greatest extent possible.
-This service applies to one leather band, and up to 5 tiles.
-If, by any chance, the leather band cannot be restored, we will promptly reach out to you since it would necessitate a replacement, resulting in a new order.

Silver jewelry can lose its shine for various reasons, such as exposure to sweat, perfumes, hand sanitizers, moisturizing creams, contact with beauty products, high humidity, and various other factors that contribute to the darkening and tarnishing of the silver tiles.
Silver plated jewelry will naturally tarnish with wear over time. We recommend removing jewelry when you shower or bathe and particularly on the beach, in the sea or chlorinated water. Avoid applying perfumers or beauty products directly on your jewelry/Leather. Keep away from extreme temperature, humidity and sunlight, and avoid contact with bleach.
For gold plated jewelry, please avoid contact with water, washing products, beauty products, and other chemicals.
Put on your jewelry last when dressing and first when undressing. Avoid hard contact which could cause scratches, chips and other damage.
All genuine leather bracelets are sealed and conditioned with a finish to protect them from moisture & water. Leather has pores so cannot be fully waterproofed so please remove your bracelet before swimming or bathing.
Keep leather out of direct heat/sunlight for prolonged periods of time so it doesn’t dry out, crack or fade unevenly.
Leather stretches with normal wear and tear over time. This is the nature of genuine leather so please use it with proper care to avoid the stretching down the road:
- Use velvet or dry towel to wipe genuine leather strap. Do not rub it with water or gasoline. Because water can make the leather strap hardened, and gasoline can make leather strap dry.
- Due to that the main component of the leather strap is protein, so it is easy to damp and mold. Because of that, the leather strap should avoid contacting with oil,handcreams, acid and alkaline beauty products, and thus can lead to stretching and discoloration of the genuine leather.
- If it is wet, please dry it quickly by using a dry towel. If there is dust, please use a wet towel first, then dry it with a dry towel.
If care instructions were failed to be followed. Genuine leather can be damaged and can not be repaired.
Use a soft, lint free cloth to keep your jewelry looking shiny. Silver cleaner can be used for silver pieces. Do not use tissue paper or paper towel to clean the metal as they can cause scratching.
Store jewelry individually in a pouch or soft lined box in a dark, cool and dry place.

Mark where the ends meet, then lay the thread flat and measure it against a ruler. That’s your bracelet size.
